Life and destiny

Our life and destiny are like some spider cobweb, joined delicately from uncountable number of thoughts, experience, and chapters that uniquely represent our lives from young to old. The growing up years, schools, adulthoods, friends, family and old age.

There is also a red trail in our life and it is the fate of our ancestors whether we know it or not. How our children will be like in their deeds is also shaped by what we do in this life. Maria Duval writes to me that both positive and negative events in our lives are unconsciously stored at somewhere mysterious in us as "Karma".

There is karmic remnants in us because each of us is responsible not just of our own actions and the creation of our own karma and destiny, but we are also in charge for their influence on every living thing presently and in the future. At the end of the day, the outcome of the thoughts from the past will shape the future generations of us. Hence it is right to say that how you behave and think now will mean how your offspring will experience.

Simple things you can do to feel prosperous..

Maria says there's no need for thousands of dollars in your checking account to feel like you have plenty and wealthy. There are a number of small things you can do to create a feeling of prosperity and plenty within your life.

Cash In Your Wallet - One very simple technique is to keep cash in your wallet. This doesn't even need to be a significant amount; breaking a 20-dollar bill into singles works great for this. For me, I like to keep a few $50 notes at any time in my wallet. It feels good.

When you open your wallet for any reason, you will note the stack of bills inside. Your unconscious mind will observe the fact that you always have money on your person, and you will be surprised at how far this will go toward helping you feel more abundant.

Well-dressed Cabinets - Often it's the little things in life that catches us off guard and causes us to feel broke or struggling. Having to constantly go to the store for groceries and supplies fuels the feeling that you never have enough and are always on the verge of running out.

Stack it as much as you can or reasonably so and every time you look in the cabinet to see that you are well-stocked for a month or two in advance, you'll experience a very real feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Circulate Money - When it's time to pay a light bill, mortgage, car payment, etc. avoid thinking in terms of spending money. That which is spent is used up and gone forever. Instead, tell yourself you are circulating money for the good of the economy. When you pay your utility bill, you are supporting your region's ability to have lights, water, etc.

On the occasions that you pay a bill with cash, take a moment to hold the stack of bills in your hand. Take a good look at it. Feel the texture of the printed paper with your fingers. Smell the currency. Fully immerse yourself in the experience of holding a decent chunk of cash in your hands.

At any time in the future you can easily imagine yourself holding a large sum of money because you regularly engage in the practice of doing so.

These techniques are simple, and can be applied by anyone. More importantly, they really work.

Thanks Maria Duval!

Know Yourself

Is it aspirational to know yourself better? I think to really understand yourself more is to love yourself more. The notion of who you are vibrates in accordance with the laws of the universe. When you know yourself better, you can lead a happier and more fulfilled life.

Maria Duval regards individual as a mystery that is to be sought and understood. You are no exception from it. This does not mean you intellectually understand everything about yourself. To know yourself is to give yourself over to the discovery fearlessly, without reservation allowing for the greatness in you to unfold.

Knowing yourself is a life long journey and requires conscious effort. Through your experiences and knowledge you build a map that leads you to a happy, abundant life. Your emotions and insights are tools for making necessary corrections. Through intellectual studies, physical activities and interaction with others, new impressions are created. Awareness of these new inspirations is the way we discover ourselves.

Finding your purpose gives life direction. Think of purpose as the ultimate goal in which all other aspirations are leading. As you experience life all your beliefs, ethics, actions, emotions and thoughts are directing you towards that purpose. To know yourself is to be aware of that propelling force, to understand and fulfill your true potential.

Intuitive feeling

Maria Duval tells me that intuition could be our life saver if we trust to believe it.

Sometimes I do feel like my mind is playing the impossible with me, telling me to do things that don't make sense at all. Yet the feeling is very strong that I must obey this inner call, often to a surprisingly positive outcome.

For me, intuition is like a light that guides, although I used to ignore it most of the time. It hasn't been long since I started awakening intuition within me and developing it to a level that shows me results before my own eyes. Once I started hearing my intuition, I didn't believe it... so it took me about many years to finally start paying attention and taking it seriously.

When I explored my physical sensations more deeply, such as a gut feeling or some unusual but welcome feeling in my chest, I usually found positive results, goals accomplished and dreams realized. Sometimes I ask myself how I did it all... (Btw, I haven't performed miracles or anything close to that... I'm not talking about magic... although that might be cool too).

Thankful in a right way

Can I be thankful for my challenges in life?

Can I be grateful for my failures?

Can I be thankful for people who have the things that I desire? Sort of feeling envious of other people's success?

"That seems impossible", you may think. What does this mean actually?

Imagine that you are a junior property agent who just comes into this field not too long ago. You've done your best to kick start your success in the business, but compared to the old pros, you feel like you are just at the foot of a tall mountain. You are envious of those people who have reached the level of success that you want. You compare yourself to them and always come up short.

What if you had a different perspective on the situation? What if you no longer saw your colleagues as competition but considered them as an example of what is possible in the business?

What if you were thankful for the example that they demonstrate? What if instead you praised them and asked them how they achieved their success? You began to treat them like allies and compatriots instead of competitors.

Also, can you be thankful for the challenges you experience or your failures? Are you learning and growing from these experiences? How has this experience transformed you? H

Ask yourself, "What am I learning from this situation?"

As you are thankful for your challenges and the people you envy, your energy will shift. As your energy changes, you are freed to discover creative solutions to your problems.

You will achieve the success you desire. Your attitude of gratitude leads to your success.

You are the winner you always knew you could be!

A sense of purpose

To have a sense of purpose is all important to everyone in life. I'm sure you, like me, have heard others say that the only reason they get up each day is because of their cat, or dog, or child.

Without a sense of purpose how would you spend each and every day? And what leads from this sense of purpose is also a feeling of being needed, or being necessary, which implies too that you are important and valued.

We like and need to feel important, useful, and necessary and liked. This is all integral to our self-confidence. It pays to keep as many interests as possible in one's life, so that we have more to entertain our minds as we get older. It also pays to learn mental techniques which allow one to let go of worries and anxieties, and hence to sleep well and feel relaxed in mind and body.

Purpose powers your life in many ways. Purpose for some gives you focus, and allows you to aim for the stars. Purpose for others allows you to keep busy or allows you to feel needed and necessary. Whoever you are and whatever your lifestyle is, to have a sense of purpose is integral to your health and well-being.

We can think

Maria Duval says that we are different because we can think. Thinking is the most essential part of us.

Thinking is done with mind and without thinking, no work is possible.

Mind allows a person to think about whatever work is right or wrong. Thinking before any work is really essential for avoiding mistakes. All the areas of life can't be faced without thinking.

Thinking about work related to life is really important. Life can't be spent without any ideas or planning's. And for idea's and planning's one needs to think before doing something.

A deep thinker is one who creates ideas with creativity and builds a new way to look over a specific task. Deep thinker about life can spend a very easy and successful life without any problems.

Problems of life can also be easily faced by the one who thinks before taking any decision and a person like that can face any sort of problem and can easily find a solution to their problem.

To become a good thinker all you have to do is keep questioning about everything going on around you. This will give you a variety of ideas and will help you to explore your mind in a new way. Deep thinking is really important for spending a successful life. This will help you to spend your life with ease and free of problems.

Life is very precious. Don't waste it by spending your life without thinking and planning. Think before you do anything, because your life matters on thinking.

Squash them....

The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful. - Dalai Lama

Life could be so much better for many people, if they would just spot their negative thinking habits and replace them with positive ones.

Negative thinking has a way of creeping into conversations and our thinking without our noticing them. The key to success, in my humble opinion, is learning to spot these thoughts and squash them like little bugs. Then replace them with positive ones.

You’ll notice a huge difference in everything you do, and it has made all the difference in the world for me too!

It is your attitude and not your aptitude that determines your altitude.

Defeat never comes to any man until he admits it.

Life is beautiful...!
