Meditation removes stress
Sometimes when I am facing too much stress from work, I will meditate. Meditation is really a great energy healing method that is just best for people who live with a great deal of tension from work or other areas of their lives.
All too often, we are imprisoned by destructive thoughts. Meditation can help us calm down and understand yourself better spiritually. Meditation is not a new spiritual improvement technique; it has been around for around 5,000 years. And it has rewarded me with less worry and much more energy.
Damaging thoughts can definitely hold you imprisoned if you put attention on them; so through meditation, you can take control of your mind!

Work out your right brain for better creativity
Let me teach a way to improve your mind clarity.
Too often, we are using just one side of the brain, mainly the left brain which processes the logical and rational decisions we made. In the end, our right brains are left heavily under used. This means a lot of energies and spiritual frontiers are not explored due to this under usage.
Maria Duval suggests that we use our right brain more! Be creative and let your imagination flow!
We can try painting, music making, handicraft,or sculpting in our spare times so that we give our right brain some much needed workout. This workout will allow our dominant left to "retire" to the background for a while and allow allow our inner self to show up more.
There are many other ways.....like backing your car, catching a baseball, shooting a basket, lining up that picture on the wall, decorating your home, singing in the shower, daydreaming, tossing a candy wrapper in the waste basket, matching clothes, calligraphy...that's ten ways for you to start right brain buzzing!

Horoscopes and Astrology
Horoscopes are ubiquitous and they can be found in papers, magazines, books and in many astrology and spirituality websites. What is Horoscope?
Horoscopes are astrological chart and readings used to predict future based on the basis of the person's date of birth which coincides with the celestial star signs. Astrologers have divided the heavens into 12 sections, each thought to be ruled by a different sign of the zodiac belt through which the sun, moon, and planets move in 12 fixed positions called houses. I am not sure how accurate it is nowadays because I have seen different interpretations of my own horoscope being different in several prints. So it is really sometimes inaccurate.
On the other hand, I have seen some very accurate horoscopes and I am very impressed by its accuracy. There could have some basis behind it but it can be uncanny how right horoscopes could be.
On the whole, astrology does provide incredible keys to understanding, but it doesn't necessarily provide clear and simplistic answers to any problems with which you may be dealing. Horoscope may give you some insights and understanding of the reasons why you behave as you do.

The place of psychics and mediums in today's world
Personally I think that psychics and mediums allow us as humans to reach out to the invisible spiritual world out there that really exists yet we do not have that ability to freely reach out to this mysterious axis. This axis is there, but we can't reach it as it is beyond our normal five senses.
Called the "ether realm" by Maria Duval, it is filled with spirits and souls but it comes down to our physical world through intimate interaction with our physical bodies.
This interaction is very subtle to the extent that many people do not believe in it. Tarot cards
Psychic Maria Duval is a great tarot reader. Through her books, I have learned something about tarot too!If you are using the tarot cards to seek for a divine reading, focus on the question really well and do not think that the tarot is designed to answer yes or no. Ask sensible questions. The answers revealed only serve as a guideline or advice. One should never take it as a life and death issue.
Well, some people do feel that tarot cards have helped them through some bad situations, and I agree that do happen. Some people need guidance just for a short while when gathering thoughts as there are different interpretations to the card shown, depending on the "power" of the reader. Anyone can be a reader, if you know the meaning behind and how to explain it.
As I said, tarot cards cannot give you a direction in life. The deck of cards cannot solve your financial woes or your luckless love life. They cannot answer whether you will get married or have a baby on any given day or date.
Despite this limitations, many still turn to tarot for divinations as this is a centuries old practice and people like to be assured in their life when bad patches happen. That's why tarot serves many a purpose in life and journey.
