Finding Inspiration

Inspiration is a great resource for moments when you feel a little down. Sometimes all it takes is that tiny little spark of inspiration to kick you back into gear. It can be found in many places, but you have to be open to discovering it at any moment.

Here are couple of ways to find Inspirations

Outside the Door

Inspiration can always be found by stepping outside, especially if you work indoors. Fresh air and sunlight has helped clear the cobwebs from many minds throughout the halls of time. Going for a quick walk often shakes free new ideas and methodologies. Give it a try!

Be a Gardener

In addition to getting outside, planting a garden is a way of coaxing inspiration out of you. As you work the soil, allow it to slip through your fingers, feeling the natural temperature of the earth in your hands. Allow your mind to wander as you bury seeds under the blanket of dirt. Working a garden, whether it is a vegetable or flower garden, is like tending to the soil of your mind.
