Too good to lead a simple life

Naturally, you have an intimate relationship. Do you know with who? Yes, you may have guessed that it is your mind, body and soul. Remember the period when you're feeling really great, naturally your feel effulgent and you will forget about the worries to focus on good things in life. Yes, always work to be that best of the best feeling you can project. It really feels wonderful.

Maria Duval wants to let you know everyone is a construction in progress, no matter how old or how junior that person is. Each of us has the opportunity to attempt what will change us better and also to bring personal joy and make us feel splendid about ourselves.

So in the end, all of us have to discover what makes us to be delighted and contented in life and go for it bravely. We are talking about the positive aspects please. Make a decision what makes you light-hearted and do it. Many instances, the most basic things in life are the best moments you can have, like walking in the forest, singing to your loved ones or spending excellent time with your kids.

When you are being yourself, you will gain a general of bliss and wellness. You will want to accept positive influences and you understand that knowledge is power. With this attitude, a beautiful transformation can occur.

On another side note, I think one of the greatest aspects about life is we have love and receive love from one another. It is really powerful to forget one's own conscience in order to care about someone selflessly. However, it is also important that one should love or treasure oneself. Without this, it is not possible to love others.

In the end, everything that you practise and believe in will improve your spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being over the lifetime.

Mother's Day

Wow, time really steamrolls through everyone's life, and it's Mom's day again when you barely knew it. It's May and I just had a great time celebrating this fun filled day with my parents, siblings and kids. It's a tradition to gather and have a BBQ at the garden right at the back of mom's house. Yes, my family bonding is very strong, perhaps rather unusual here, because i have heard of accounts of broken families due to all sorts of reasons.

Yes, Mom's day is getting very commercial. Restaurants will be filled and florists get higher volume of earnings in this week.

Some quick history of Mother's day.

The first Mother's Day in the USA was held in 1907 when Julia Ward held a ceremony to honor her mother. She then successfully campaigned for a formal holiday to honor mothers and by 1911 most states had taken up the idea. This was followed in 1914 by a declaration by President Woodrow Wilson that Mother's Day should be celebrated as a national holiday on the second Sunday in May. The idea quickly spread to Canada and Mexico and many more countries throughout the world.

Time before I sleep

I like to spend some short minutes to reflect on what's happened during the day. It has become part of my routine and I think it is a productive time to spend on as you end the day. It makes me more relaxed and peaceful; it soothes my fears too and I sleep better as a result.

Lately I have been receiving some letters from Maria Duval and all of them are very appealing to my current situation. But I just subscribe to one of her recent services and it is good enough for me in the next few months. I am a person that needs lots of assurances, and it makes me confident when she said I have good months ahead next year. I reflect on that during my daily reflection too if what I'm doing is right.

As I think, I see people who are important in my life in my mind's eye as I go to sleep. These people may be loved ones like my grand parents; or, people who have passed away long time ago like one of my childhood buddies (in a road accident).

I just somehow enjoy their fleeting presence and to see if they messages for me.. I feel that these people have entered your space for a reason, so it is best just to silently witness the message they bring.
