Maria Duval - Law Of Attraction - Create a Vision Board To Bring More Money Into Your Life

Law Of Attraction - Create a Vision Board To Bring More Money Into Your Life
"O.K. I have asked Universe again and again for something I want. I have thought about it and envisioned it and it is no closer to showing up than the first day I asked." Does this sound familiar to you? This is one of the most frequent complaints I hear from people who have learned, read and studied about the Law of Attraction but are having problems making it work for them personally. It is usually pretty easy when I delve a little deeper into their situation to figure out what the problem is. For instance, say you declare that you want to create a lot of money. You can see it in your minds eye, you may even be able to "feel" how it feels to have it (very important, by the way), and you do this for about an average of 10-20 seconds a day. And you have done it exactly right. That is all that is required for the Universe to kick into action and start working its magic to bring it to you. However, a week later you find that you are no better off than you were before - sometimes you find your situation may even be worse. So what is the problem? The problem is not in how or what you asked for. The Universe is totally neutral. It does not care what it delivers or to whom it brings it. The problem lies in what you think about after you have asked for the money. While those 10 to 20 seconds are very important every day, what are you thinking about the other 14 to 16 hours you are awake? What are you thinking if a creditor calls, when you open your mail and see the bills, when your kids want something extravagant? Do you feel a knot in your stomach. Do you say things like, "there is no way I can pay this, or that bill is outrageous, or we absolutely cannot afford that?" You see, in having these thoughts the rest of the day Universe will again kick in to do its job. But now it will reverse its original direction of that mornings objective and now focus on the messages it is currently being given. So what is the answer? Quite simply, is to keep your focus more often on what you do want during the day as opposed to what you do not want. You see, whichever thought gets more of the attention - wins! It is the law! So then you may ask, "Well how am I supposed to do that? Most of my day is dealing with trying to figure out how I am going to pay for everything. Its great to dream and envision but I also have to deal with my current reality which is currently not very abundant". This is where a Vision Board or Creation Board comes in. A Vision Board is a board or place where you put all of the things you are wanting Universe to provide to you. You simply go through magazines or the internet and find pictures of exactly what it is you are wanting. Clip them out and put them on your board. If you can't find a picture of what you are wanting, you can type up a saying, a reminder or an affirmation. Make it fancy, print it out and put it on your board. The important part is to have it someplace where you can remind yourself constantly that your current financial state is only temporary and the things and places on that board is where you are headed. So now your next question might be "But what if I work someplace where I can't display a board to look at all day long? or "What if I don't want the rest of the world knowing what it is that I am creating -- It is very personal to me." To that I say - be creative! Write it down in one of those little notepads you can easily store in your pocketbook and look at it frequently. If you are a man, insert little cards into your wallet that you will see every time you open it. Actually, one of my personal favorites is putting the board on your computer. Especially if you work in an office or do not want a large board hanging in your home for all to see. There are great programs available that will help you create your Vision Board right on your own computer or laptop that you can glance at anytime you want. You can add pictures to them, even music. You can create slide shows. In truth I have found these to be the most effective. I have found that the boards I have made on the computer with these programs, where I have also inserted my favorite inspiring song or have used my own voice, stay with me all day even when I am not directly in front of the computer looking at it. I find myself humming the song and the video replaying in my mind automatically and I find myself giving much more attention to what I do want as opposed to what I do not want quite naturally. Which of coarse in turn, brings to me what I want so much faster. Some of these new programs even have the ability to download a mini version onto your iPod, cell phone, PDA and digital photo frames. How cool is that?! The one I most often use has a pop up balloon that displays my affirmations at a chosen time interval so it pops up and reminds me even if I am not consciously thinking about it. So get started today! Get excited and go find the pictures of the things that you are wanting in your life! Cut and paste to make your own physical board or go make that video. Feel inspired as you know you are taking the first action towards changing your life. You will find yourself getting so caught up in it that you will not want to stop. Watch the video or look at your board as often as possible and feel good and inspired by it! Remember the more time you spend focusing on what you do want, the faster it will come to you! Happy Creating!

Yoga, Union with the Ultimate
Absolute Being, Absolut Knowledge, Absolute Bliss ( Sat, Chit, Ananda), the eternal triad which is the Universe and we are, is the substratum of the entire Universe. This is the great secret which we must discover in our long evolutionary journey.

Now enhance your Being, Knowledge,Bliss, which are from time immemorial considered as Wisdom's frame of reference.

Through adding to your Sat (existence), developing your Chit (subsistence) and enjoying Ananda you will witness a spiritual evolution or realization in your mind. With practising yoga, one sees the Absolute Self everywhere through his eyes of wisdom. He will become absolutely impersonal. He will not have a bit of selfishness in him. His Id will be completely annihilated. And in times he will attain the Eternal Bliss of the Self

The word "Yoga" itself is derived from a Sanskrit word "Yuj", which means to unite. Union with Cosmic Intelligence is the Yogic objective.

What we sow, we reap and this Universal Law is known as the Law of Karma, the Grand Law of Causation. We have to understand that the miseries of life and the Negativity which we experience are all the inevitable clearing process of exhausting our Karma. We have to understand that despite our sufferings, mistakes and ignorance, the Divine Will is leading us, through every circumstance, towards the final Realization. This faith will give us equanimity.

Even in rags, I am a god
Fallen, I am divine
High I triumph when down trod
Live will I when slain !

It is natural that our faith may be assailed by some misfortunes which happen to us. We have to understand that Initiation is a process of intensive culture and accelerated evolution and the bad experiences which happen to us are merely wages.

What can all these trials and tribulations do to the Godhead within us, the Almighty Self, He who transcends Space, Time & Causality? Him the jail cannot confine nor the gallows end !

Let us follow the Four fold path of Yoga. They are…

Jnana Yoga Union via Wisdom The method by which the intellect is used to negate the bondage of material world.

Raja Yoga Union via Psychic Control The psychological approach focusing on concentration and meditation.

Karma Yoga Union via Action This is the path of eliminating the ego and attachments through selfless service.

Bhakthi Yoga Union via Love A way of union through conversion of the emotions to devotion.
Human mind has immaculate powers. And it differs from person to person. People can awake the hidden psychic and occult powers in them by understanding and realizing the power of their mind. The four-fold path of Yoga offers some unique ways to emancipate oneself from the material world using the divine intelligence.

The Intellectual Man can go for Jnana Yoga or Union via Wisdom

The Active Man can pursue Karma Yoga or the Union via Action

The Adventurous man can followe Raja Yoga or Union via Psychic Control

The Emotional Man can look for Bhakthi Yoga or the Union of Emotions

Practising any one of the four powerful and vigorous Yoga paths will take you beyond the five concentric sheaths to the Absolute Self, which is the cosmic power in individual bodies

While Raja and Jnana Yogas are more or less for the initiated, Bhakti & Karma Yogas are for the ordinary man. You can understand the basic principles of Yoga by reading some books on the science. An good beginner's book dealing with Self Development is Dr Ashok Selvaraja's 7 Golden Secrets to know your Higher Self. The characteristics of both the lower and the higher selves are highlighted and Cosmic Union becomes easy.

The Practice Of Not Furthering Out From This One by Elysha
It is completely understandable how you are forever hopeful that there may just be some golden elixir out there that is going to relieve you of the suffering that you find yourself in, from within your daily living. You do not understand how it is you being lost in the mechanics of trying to be something that is not true of who you are, that is creating your own reflection in life; that you furthering out and away from this "you" that is already true of you, is what has you hankering for other "out there" extravaganzas to distract you from the daily and momentary round of pain and dissatisfaction that you keep on feeling the frustration of. You keep on wishing for, looking for, something from outside of yourself to relieve you of it all. Someone comes along and offers you "golden balls" that is going to magically dissolve you of the very thing that you get up to without awareness; that you keep on actively trying to do, which obviously does not work for you. You can certainly receive "siddhi" - spiritual juice or power - from outside of yourself but this cannot relieve you of your own daily activity of trying to be something that is not true of who "you" are. You can attempt to meditate and try to go inside who you think you are and hope for some revelation to come along that is going to relieve you of your own pain, but alas, this is not going to do it for you either. Internally "out there" or externally "out there" is not going to have you standing freely in the reality of who you already are - which is the free standing one of all time that is already flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you have so mistakenly identified yourself as being. Going within is a poetical expression for finding the "you" of you which is already free of all arisings, even as they arise. Going within means the aligning of your conscious focus of attention to "that" which already is the happening thing right now - it is flowing through the eyes of who you think you are. It is flowing through this mindbody that you keep on unconsciously trying to be. Without this "you" your mindbody would not even be; without your mindbody "you" would still be - you cannot get away from this "you" that you are, ever. Going within means finding who you already are and stopping at and as this one - your "areness”, your "amness”, your "youness;" that which is already flowing through this mindbody that you keep on thinking that you are and that you keep on trying to be. It is this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your very eyes right now - this very "you" that is flowing through and that you keep on failing to recognise. Recognise means to know again. You already know who you are but there has been a veil preventing you from realizing this "you" of you for so long now, that it appears that you cannot and are not capable of finding it. This is no longer true for you. The dormant seed of this "you" has come to light - the veil has been rent - and you are now very capable of realizing this "you" of you if this is what you so wish to do. Who you are is this "motion of aliveness" that is flowing through your eyes right now. Aligning your conscious focus of attention to this very "seeing" and coming to rest as this very "aliveness" will have you standing free of who you think you are. It is through the practice of not furthering out from this one that is flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through, that you begin walking the journey of self discovery of the heart of existence. It is through this finding and stopping at and as this "you" that the mindbody begins to unravel from its falsehood of being informed by the mind, freeing you to being the free standing one that already is here.

Confidence and Power in Dealing With People - The Idiot Proof Way
Having supreme confidence and power in dealing with people seems like a skill that only the masters of interpersonal relationships and persuasion would be good at. But you would be surprised to know that there are simple tricks to get to the point where you could have a firm confidence and power in dealing with people. Of course, everything that needs confidence and power needs to come from within. Thus, it is only logical that you must first be confident in general if you want to be confident in dealing with people. If you notice, the most assertive individuals are those who know themselves well. Thus, the road to confidence and power in dealing with people starts in knowing yourself. Knowing yourself is a function of knowing your capacities and limits. When you know these, you would have confidence in yourself, and that would consequently practice the habit of being firm with yourself and with people. Asserting yourself is a practice and habit of one who is confident in dealing with others. Unless you are assertive, no one would believe your authority. Assertion is not something that can be faked, however. You must believe that you can say "no" to people. You must believe in yourself to be able to persuade people to do what you want to do. Notice that the indecisive are those who do not have a backbone. They tend to please people, and they have the tendency to hate their lives because they cannot get what they want. Cultivate respect for yourself, believe in yourself, and realize that you can say "no" to pushy people and even convince others to do what you want them to do. Cultivating respect for yourself starts when you value yourself. Valuing yourself could start from realizing and appreciating your achievements. Work from there, towards valuing yourself for who you are. It is something that stems from knowing who you really are, and appreciating the "fearfully and wonderfully" created entity that you are. Having great confidence and power in dealing with people is a lifestyle. Work from confidence within yourself, and practice assertion with people. From an experiment of learning when to say "no," it would then turn into a skill of being able to say what you want to say, and getting people to follow what you say.

Meditation: Old Wisdom Today
These days people seek knowledge, not wisdom. Knowledge is of the past, wisdom is of the future - Vernon Cooper Two hundred years ago, collecting information was the name of the game. The world was ruled by those who mastered the skills of information gathering. Knowledge was power. In today's world, the TV world, the world of live broadcasts, of information at your fingertips, a fast track world loaded with information, the advantage changed sides. Today, the world belongs to those who master the regulation of the flow of information. Today, it's not how much you know but how effective you are at finding what you need in the overwhelming rush of new facts coming straight at you from all around. When I started my teaching journey, believing that all the people around the world were gifted, I faced a dilemma. As a person who brought information collection to a level of art, I was actually giving my students the greatest disadvantage of the 21st century. I was guiding them to where "they couldn't see the forest for the trees." After I realised this, I spent years looking for the balance between collecting and regulating. Everything around us encourages collecting. At school, we learn how to gather and process information for our assignments, but not how to handle the enormous stream of information we absorb anyway. Imagine that your brain is an office, where every piece of information is like the people seeking your service or incoming messages requiring your processing and filing. Most of the processing happens while you're a sleep. The more information you receive, the more time it takes you to process it. Have you noticed that when you're stressed you feel tired? Have you noticed that kids sleep much more than adults do? That's because the load of information they need to process is greater - almost everything is new. Because the world moved into "fast forward," we receive information that is much greater than twenty years ago. To realise this, think about kids. Their knowledge nowadays is diverse and they know much more than what their parents knew at the same age. Gifted children, for example, have very superior collection channels. They can collect a lot of information at any given time. Unfortunately, not long after, the child will have loads of information without the time to process and the "clerk" in the "office" will scream, "That's it. Too much input. I can't handle this any more," and the child will feel overload and pressure. A simple thing like walking in the street stimulates a lot of incoming mail. The colours, the faces, the conversation of the couple you've just seen, the traffic jam and the smell and taste of the apples you bought in the supermarket. All this input is processed and stored for later use. When you are absorbing all this, seemingly without an effort, you brain is working overtime to process and you might feel stressed without being able to pinpoint the reason. A lot has been said about the ways to regulate this overload. Stress management actually tackles this from different angles. One way to handle stress is to try to divert our attention from the thing we consider the problem, where in fact we don't have any idea which information is sorted while we are asleep. The clerk processes the information as he sees fit without us having the conscious ability to control it. An example of diverting the attention for the supposedly a stress source, is the attempt to divert kids' attention from academic stimulants and encourage them to move into sports, art or music. This attempt only oils their superior machine and, instead of filtering out information, they open new channels of input as if the clerk now opened new doors to his office. Another method to overcome stress is to avoid dealing with some of the issues. Some people prefer the ostrich approach but are not aware of the fact that the office is open to the public as long as they're awake. Every minute you are not asleep, your office is receiving input. Sleep is just the way your clerk is working quietly with no disturbance. Has it happened to you that you wanted to stay at work after hours, when no one was around, so you can do the job without disturbance. Meditation is one of the best ways to regulate the incoming flow of information. In our model, meditation is like hanging a sign on the door, which says, "Away from the office. Back in 20 minutes." During this time, we allow our clerk to file the information without letting any new information to come in. Mediation research shows that it's being neither asleep nor awake. It's a state between the two, in which the brain is very calm, yet very sharp. My first encounter with meditation was when my inspiring sister, 16 years old at the time, went to study Transcendental Mediation. I remember her taking time off, closing her eyes and sitting still for a while. She looked a bit ridiculous, but she was brilliant at every thing she did. My first meditation experience happened when Gal and I went to study all kinds of meditation - affirmation, light, sound, eating, dancing, walking, mantra and visualisation. It was fun! I remember coming back home dead tired from meditation class, remembering that our instructor said, "Your body knows exactly what it needs. Listen to it. You probably need to sleep." Some time afterwards, I was working in Texas with a group of 2-year-old toddlers that used to wreak havoc during sleep time, so the centre had to reorganise the place and bring 10 adults to put them to sleep. The grownups sat there tapping the kids' backs and patting their heads for an hour and a half, until the last one fell asleep. In our staff meeting, I suggested to introduce visualisation. Familiar? "Close your eyes and imagine you are on a soft cloud, like cotton." We decided to try it for a month and reassess. On the first day, the last staff member left after 45 minutes. On the third day, they left after 10 minutes. The kids were still fully awake, relaxed, but with their eyes closed. At that time, we introduced soft meditation music in the background for an hour and a half. After a successful week, we felt we were ready to hand control over to the kids (remember, they were only two years old). We put the music on, "floated" for 3 minutes on our soft cotton cloud and then we asked them to take a deep breath and count one, two, three, one two, three. This way, within two weeks, we had 15 meditating toddlers, relaxed and saving the expensive resources of 10 extra staff members. You can imagine how happy the centre management, the parents and the teachers were. When we moved to Melbourne, Gal and I registered for a Transcendental Mediation course. Our instructor suggested we bring the kids along. It sounded funny, because they were only 4 and 10 years old. I remember her asking us what kind of improvements we would like to see in the kids. We looked at each other, not knowing what to answer. They were perfect kids - friendly, flexible, curious, smart, loving and understanding. We went there every evening for a week, watched some videos and learned to mediate. After 4 days, Gal got really sick, so Marg, our instructor, gave him 3 tea bags and told him to drink them during the day. She told him his body was adjusting. Like magic, he got up the day after, healthy and alert. About a month later, our perfect little son started drumming on everything. We had to look all around town to find someone who was willing to teach percussions to a 4-year-old. Ivan, bless his soul, taught him only because he himself started learning at the age of 4. After 4 weeks, Tsoof was so advanced that we had to send Gal with him, so he could help him at home with his practice. Within a year, he had 4 different drum teachers teaching him different styles and he started playing with adults, because there wasn't any children group at his level. We believe the mediation was the main reason for this. So now in our house, every health issue is solved in this order: 1. Drink plenty of water 2. Take vitamin C 3. Meditate 4. Sleep And you know what? This works for most things. In Transcendental Mediation, people meditate with a mantra. Children until the age of 10 can mediate for 5 minutes with their eyes open any time they wish. From the age of 10, they start meditating for the number of minutes equal to their age, until they turn 20. They just hang up the sign "I'm on break. Back in 10 minutes," twice a day. Every mediation session is considered equivalent to two hours of sleep and there you have it - people full of energy and focused who efficiently use another 4 hours of collecting information. Six years after our kids started meditating, we can tell by their behaviour whether they hanged the "on break" sign this week or not. Meditation doesn't prevent the information from entering. It only regulates the incoming flow to allow more information to come in. In a world full of information, a world of many words, many people, loads of feelings, lots of noise and visions, the name of the game is quiet. Many people are afraid they don't do it well because they still think of things while meditating. Remember, the goal in mediation is not to clear the brain from thought but to prevent new input from entering your office. Thinking during mediation is natural. In time, you feel much more relaxed, focused, energetic and happy. If two hundred years ago all we wanted was more knowledge, then today our best asset is a sign, which says on one side "on break" to allow cleaning the head and on its other side, for when we've restored our energy, "open to public!"

Spiritual Coaching: Will It Go Round in Circles?
Everything and its opposite are merely two ends of the same "measuring" stick. How can we use Law of Attraction to get the end (experience) we desire and stop going in circles?

Let's start with cause and effect.

The Law performs according to its nature, and it never disagrees with us about whatever we vibrate. Vibrate is a key word. We can affirm as much as we like, but if we have even the smallest portion of doubt, we will not manifest the experience we desire fully and maybe not at all. Why? because the Law's nature is to match what we vibrate.

When we find ourselves experiencing certain circumstances we don't like or we wish to change, we tend to focus on the circumstance. Maybe you've heard yourself say a variety of things, to yourself or others like, "I Have Got to Change This!" The act of making a statement in this way or about any condition in our life, repeating it to ourselves and/or saying it to others . . . makes the circumstance more and more like a tangible (real) thing rather than an experience . . . an effect that resulted from a cause. (Note: I'm not saying don't vent. I'm not saying deny what you feel. I am saying it's better to speak with someone who will support you properly and productively rather than join you in a pity party or repeat your "bad luck" to everyone they can think of.)

The more you perceive a circumstance as a real thing, the more life force you give it to remain in your life (so does everyone who thinks or talks about your "condition" as real). What might happen if you perceive a current condition in your life as an experience rather than a solid thing? What might happen if you ask what you can learn and how you can grow from this experience? What might happen if you write down what you prefer and ask what you might need to do to cause it into your reality?

Ask is another key word. A lot of us were told not to ask for much, not to expect much. I could go on and on about belief statements about such things. I have a surprise for you: Spirit/God/Universe/(Your Favorite Word) wants us to ask.

It's easy, because of what the world tells us is "real," to feel we're doing everything and/or doing it alone. That's impossible because Spirit is with us always and in all ways. Do you need, say, $5,000 to take care of something? Affirmation aficionados would tell us to write and affirm aloud many times a day, "I have $5,000." Ever tried that one? Why is it generally ineffective for so many?

For one thing, such a statement doesn't really engage Law of Attraction. What are we to do? How about, "Spirit, I ask that you show me how to obtain $5,000 by (date). I ask you to open me to receiving it, open me to entrusting you with the how yet taking any action you inspire me to take. I ask you to show me how to open myself to new possibilities. I ask for this or something even better."

Through such statements, you've asked for what you want or need; you've reminded yourself that Spirit is your eternal partner in all matters; you've released how fulfillment can or might happen by entrusting Spirit with the how (Spirit is a Master with the How); you've agreed to take action when inspired to do so (rather than running amok); you've agreed to trust rather than fear or doubt; and you don't impose a limit on Spirit to provide even more or something even better.

When you hold as your condition that you will be shown what to do rather than a perceived lack or limitation, Law has to obey . . . because its nature is to (say it with me) match your vibrations always and in all ways. You can apply this to money, health, love, career, and any and every matter in your life.

If you have an experience, you can bet you hold a vibration that supports it.

Raise Your Vibration!
Raise Your Vibration! By Ana Lovejoy

Seeking to make your life easier, more productive and lots more interesting? Raise your vibration. I am offering a simple lesson here that anyone can follow.

Every object on earth vibrates at certain frequencies. After all, the trees in your yard, your beloved dog, your living room couch and your neighbor are all made of energy. And they all vibrate or hum along with the universe.

If you've ever walked under power lines, you've hear the humming. What about when you were last caught outside as a thunderstorm approached? Did the hair stand up on your arms and on the back of your neck?

How about those "unexplainable" reactions to people you've just met? Everyone has met one person that was so "attractive" she or he drew you like a magnet. Your reactions are explainable. And that attraction isn't one of looks or even personality. You are being drawn by their energy, so if you run into a very positive person, who is vibrating at a higher frequency than anyone else around you, you will be drawn to that great, feel-good energy. The opposite applies as well. If you run into a negative person or someone in a bad mood, they are going to be sending out lower vibrations. While you may not be attracted to them, if you pick up on the vibrations, you may just feel your mood slipping downward.

If all this sounds too woo-woo to you, don't worry. Whether it's too much to rationalize or accept, you will no longer care once you've spent a day or two at a higher vibration.

Benefits include: - Flowing out energy at a higher frequency will attract other people and situations that are positive. - Forget that mid-morning espresso; practice raising yourself up one "step" and you will feel refreshed and re-energized. - Have chronic pain or fatigue? While raising your vibration will not cure all ills.yet, you will feel relief and find yourself able to do more each day. - Raising your vibration will help you to feel more connected with the universe and is the first step to exploring the metaphysical, healing with energy and connecting with angels or spirits.

Practice raising your vibration; follow these simple steps. To get started, an active imagination helps, but if you find this difficult, practice it once a day until you can raise your vibration with ease.

Start with this grounding exercise. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes. Imagine your legs are the roots of a strong tree. Visualize those "roots" going deep into the ground.

Next take three or more deep breaths. Breathe in.count to 6..exhale. Repeat at least two more times.

Close your eyes. In your mind's eye, see a beautiful stairway in front of you. Before you start up, do a small hum at the vibration you are now. Take one step and FEEL yourself going up. If it helps, sit up straighter each time you take an imaginary step to help you feel your head, neck, and chest raise up. Imagine your humming raises a note each step. If you feel dizzy, you are moving too fast, but you have the idea. Stop when you feel dizzy or have too much buzzing in your ears or head.

If you feel nothing, just try the exercise later or on another day. Practicing it will make it an easy exercise to do anywhere: at work, in the car, at home.

Work days pass more quickly, and driving in stop and go traffic will no longer raise your blood pressure once you learn to raise your vibration.
