Sometimes we get stressed out when everything happens all at once. When this happens, a person should take a deep breath and try to find something to do for a few minutes to get their mind off of the problem. A person could get some fresh air, listen to some music, or do an activity that will give them a fresh perspective on things. Once you do that you will be able to think more clearly.
Learn as much as you can in managing anxiety and depression. There are many books and information that will educate you on how to deal with fear and anxiety. Share this information with others who may come up with new ideas. Education is the key in finding the answers your looking for in managing your fears.
Remember to take it one day at a time. Instead of worrying about how you will get through the rest of the week or coming month, try to focus on today. Each day can provide us with different opportunities to learn new things and that includes learning how to deal with your problems. Focus on the present and stop trying to predict what may happen next week. Next week will take care of itself.
As a Layman, I realize it is not easy to deal with all of our fears. When your fears and anxieties have the best of you, seek help from a professional. The key is to be patient, take it slow, and not to give up. In time, you will be able to find those resources that will help you with your problems.

"Penury Perpetuates Poverty"
ARTICLE WORD COUNT: [575] SUMMARY: You can tighten your belt during hard times by being frugal. No matter whether times are good or bad, the penurious are always in a sad state, never having, or enjoying any abundance. So - you might just believe I hide behind computers creating and updating my websites and researching potential markets. Well, I love to spend time "in the street" - "under fire" - where the "action is." As a copywriter wannabe, I talk to many people on the street as well as business owners. As a "hands-on" direct marketer, I pass out a lot of publicity pieces - and get a lot of feedback. Recently, I spoke with the manager of a very "posh" restaurant. The publicity pieces they were distributing to the general public reminded me of the bad olde days prior to computers, where everything was "cut and paste" by hand. This was perhaps the worst PR piece I'd ever seen. It was even printed on the cheapest colored paper, which fades after 30 minutes exposure to the sunshine. Yet the establishment looked great -- great ambience, great location, great menu, great drinks, great! It also seemed greatly empty most of the time. Why? The owner is a "penny pincher." There is a huge difference between temporarily having to be overly frugal, and possessing a locked-in penurious mind-set. You can tighten your belt during hard times by being frugal. No matter whether times are good or bad, the penurious are always in a sad state, never having or enjoying any abundance -- which never seems to come their way. Obviously, there is no business to be done here. My energy is better spent on the wannabe "movers and shakers." I've been working with a very frugal client. His business has tremendous growth potential. He has a "killer" logo he didn't know he had. We worked hard on a "killer" slogan which can be modified to push whichever product/service he is offering at any time. While there isn't much remuneration possible at this time, I hope he becomes a long-term client. He is willing to try something different. He is frugal - but far from penurious. Over the years, I have discovered certain truisms that work for me - my unfolding perception of "reality." One of these truisms is, "My reality follows my mind!" If I "think" limited, my reality is limited. If I dare to dream, by golly those dreams materialize in time. My quest for "reality" really consciously began about 1969 when I became very dissatisfied with what was happing to me in my little world. I had a penurious mind-set and I saw very little hope of ever rising above my status at that time. Well, I still have to be frugal - but there is always glorious hope I'll do better. And, over the years, I have! It is all too easy to become frustrated trying to become successful - especially over the Internet. Whether in real or cyber space, it is vital you decide what you want. Focus on it. Strive for it. If you reach a true dead-end, look around, find your next dream. Oftentimes in striving for a dream, a better one surfaces. Yes! you will have to be frugal at times - sometimes too many times. As long as you do not fall into the self-imposed "hell" of a penurious mind-set, you will eventually succeed. Look for positive aids to boost your mind and emotions in a positive direction. I have discovered what works for me. You are also a unique individual and will find what works for you at any moment. Go for it!

The Law of Attraction and the Science of Getting Rich
What are you thinking about right now? The Law of Attraction states that "whatever we think about, we bring about". This law may initially seem like new age fluff but believe it or not, there are scientific merits to this proposition. The top quantum physicists of our time have discovered that our universe and our reality is very much directed by the "observer". When studying quantum particles (the smallest observable unit of matter), these scientists discovered that such particles behave in accordance with the person conducting the experiment. It the scientists "predict" that quantum particles behave in a certain way, they do. And yet, if the scientists "predict" that quantum particles behave in another way, they do. It is the "observer" that dictates the outcome of the experiment! What does all this mean for us normal people? Well actually, these scientific experiments has far reaching implications for us as our world is made up of these same quantum particles! In this case, we are the "observer" the director and hence the creator of our reality, our world and our experience. So, be careful of what you think about! for example, have you thoughts ever begun with the following phrases: I don’t understand… I don't want... I’m frustrated that… I hate my… I can’t figure out … I’m stressed about… I’m worried that… I should be able to… but I can’t… Why am I having so much trouble? The Law of Attraction indifferent to the words preceding your thought. Whatever you think about you will attract into your life. When you think "I don't understand why bad things always happen to me?", you are "attracting" bad things into your life. When you think "I want to get out of debt", you are attracting more debt into your life. When you think "I'm worried I will get sick", you are attracting sickness into your life! The Law of Attraction brings about what you focus on even if it is not what you want. Get it? If you understand this principle, here are some examples of how to make the law of attraction work to support you rather than to act against you. Try observing your thoughts and changing your thinking in the following way: "I want to get out of debt" to "I want to earn amazing riches" "I hate my boss" to "I look forward to owning my own business" "I don't understand why he is so lazy" to "I love it when he helps out around the house" "I'm stressed about this project" to "I always create amazing results in my projects" "I'm worried about getting sick" to "I experience vibrant health daily" Now that we have a better understanding of the Law of Attraction, it is no surprise why so many people struggle with regards to money. It is been said that "the rich get richer while the poor get poorer". This is actually the Law of Attraction in action. Because the wealthy have money, they often think about how to best use their money and hence they attract more money. The poor on the other hand often think about their present lack of money and unfortunately, that also attracts lack into their lives. Currently, 96% of the world's wealth is being earned by just 1% of the population! To address this issue, the main teachers behind the movie is launching a program is called "The Science of Getting Rich" and it is based on employing the law of attraction to create wealth. This amazing program is based on the principles and philosophies outlined in a book of the same title written in 1910 by Wallace D Wattles. This is the same book that inspired the movie. What is the Science of Getting Rich about? Well in the words of Wallace D. Wattles, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich." The Science of Getting Rich Seminar is all about teaching how to do things in this "certain" way to create wealth. Visit www.GreatSecretSGR.com to learn more about the Science of Getting Rich Seminar and how you can profit from the distribution of the program.

Coping with the pain.
Coping with the pain. by: Udo Vieth Separations are painfull. This is a fact. Unless you are cold and callous, the loss of a loved one is a numbing experience. In these situations, we tend to retreat into a corner and mope. That is after the crying is done. Crying may be the best thing you can do for now. You need time, time to cope with the situation, time to heal if you will. Don't deny yourself this period of "mourning' for want of a better word. You are not a machine, small steps in the right direction are much more important now than trying to force the issue. Any hardnosed activity at this time, may result in more deeprooted problems which may surface later on in life. Try and heal through the situation, and give yourself a break. What is the best way to cope? Well that depends to a large extent on the type of person you are. Some immerse themselves in their work, others just stay at home and mope. Then there are those of us that go to extremes. We binge on things that we normally don't consider as usefull. Either food, drink, or in some cases sex with strangers. These are normally not good remedies for the situation, as they seem to reinforce the feeling of loss of control. As such, they are not a coping mechanism, but a distraction mechanism. The optimum healing activity would consist of what I like to call "Replacement Therapy". Replace the loss of a love, with another loveable activity or distraction. Love your body, by going to gym, eating more healthy food etc. Love your mind by reading an educational work, or a literary classic. Love your spirit, by learning to meditate, Feng Shui your house, or just spend time sitting at a stream. I think you get the gist of it. Choosing empowering activities, can grow you as a human being, whilst helping you cope with the situation. They say every dark cloud has a silver lining. You may just discover the silver lining by adopting a mindset as outlined above. 2 years from now, you could look back on this as the best thing that ever happened to you. Give yourself a fighting chance for that to be your experience by following the guidelines above. And remember, keep on loving, even if it is only yourself at present. Written by Udo Vieth.
