The Law of Attraction " Does it really work?
There is so much going on everywhere about “Law of Attraction”. Bob Proctor has made it so popular with his film " The Secret. The popularity is so huge that it was featured on several prominent TV shows " Oprah Winfrey, Larry King, Ellen Degeneres etc. Ok, what is the Law Of Attraction, after all? Simple put, it goes like this: You attract whatever you want! Another way of looking at it : “Whatever you are have today, you have it because you wanted it (attracted it)” This concept is not new. Henry Ford said it long back in a different way: Whether you think you are right or think you are wrong, you are always right! Let’s get little deeper into the application part of this law. Does really wanting something will make sure that you have it? Actually not. Just mere wanting doesn’t help much. Have you not heard, “If wishes were horses, beggars would ride”?. So what more does it need, than mere wanting? Napoleon Hill in his classing self-development book “Think & Grow Rich” said it perfectly. He wrote, “Whatever the mind of a human being can conceive and believe, it can achieve” Simply wishing for something will never attract anything into your life. If you really believe in your heart and soul, then you will attract everything you will ever need. If that was the case, then why do people just don’t use it and benefit from it? You might ask. The answer for that is: “Knowing is not doing. Doing is doing”. It’s very sad to know that many people know a lot of information. If you don’t put the information into use and act on it, then there is no value for the information you have learnt. In my life, I have attracted so many things just by applying The Law of Attraction. Never did I find that the law didn’t work. It worked every single time I used it. I don’t have any doubts about the Law. If you want The Law of Attraction to work for you, here are few ideas: 1. Write down your goals as clearly as possible. 2. Add in as many details as possible. The more the better. 3. Set a time limit for the achievement of the goal. 4. Start your day with visualising your goal. 5. Truly believe that you have the power to achieve your goal. 6. Never ever think you cant make it. Use positive affirmations all the time. 7. Read out your goals out load three times every day. I am sure, if you apply the above ideas, you will attract everything you will need into your life " money, love, relationships, opportunities etc. I am currently reading an interview of Bob Proctor and I found it amazing. Its called The Attraction Accelerator. You can download a free copy of the report by visiting my website below.

A Source of Inspiration
A light was on in one office, even though most of the other offices had been dark for hours. The manager continued to work in the silence of the empty building, reviewing reports, studying numbers, responding to messages and emails that others would not read until the next morning. There was so much to do, so many responsibilities and so many decisions that would wait for the manager's guiding hand. The silence was broken as the manager was startled to see one of the employees standing at the door. The employee knocked hesitantly, one foot in the office and the other still in the hallway. "May I come in for a moment?" asked the employee. "Of course," smiled the manager, leaning back in the chair. "What are you doing here so late?" "I had a lot of work to do and I wanted to catch-up," said the employee. "If I get behind then it could impact our customers, and I don't want that to happen. It's my responsibility, and I want to take care of it. I know that's what you would do." "You're probably right," the manager said with a laugh. "So what made you stop in here?" The employee approached the desk, sat down in one of the chairs beside it and said, "I wanted to ask you a question." "Go ahead." The employee began, "You always work so hard, and you always take care of us. You come in early. You stay late. No matter how much you have to do, you always take time to talk to any one of us when we need you. You are so busy taking time for us during the day that you have to stay late at night to catch up on your own work. Yet, you never complain. You make us want to work harder and do better, and you give us every opportunity to be successful. You are an inspiration to the rest of us, so what inspires you?" The manager's eyes widened, "Wow, well that was quite a surprise. I appreciate the kind words and admit that you completely caught me off guard." "Well?" persisted the employee, "What is your source of inspiration?" The manager was silent for a moment, carefully contemplating the response. Then the manager stood up and said, "follow me." As the manager and the employee walked down a row of cubicles, the manager started to point into them one by one. The cubicles belonged to the colleagues of the employee. "This person is a single parent and comes to work each day to support two children. Those children need someone to look up to, someone to put food on the table and a roof over their heads. This person doesn't work for me, this person works for them." The manager paused at the next cubicle and said, "This person is a grandmother who is working days so she can pay for her college education at night. She doesn't need a degree and it won't make any difference for her career. She is already past retirement age and she could quit at any time. She wants that degree to make her children proud and to give her grandchildren someone to look up to. She doesn't work for me, she works for them." The manager moved to the next cubicle and said, "This person is overqualified for the job. It would be easy to leave for another company, probably get a promotion out of it and earn better pay. Why doesn't this person leave? After eleven years working with the same group of people, it is like a family. This person doesn't work for me, this person works here for all of you." The manager paused at the next cubicle and said, "This person has a family to support. Two kids in school, a mortgage, two car payments, and a whole host of obligations that comes with taking care of a family. Needless to say, you know that this person doesn't work for me." The manager pointed down the line of cubicles, "That young man is engaged to be married, and he is saving up to buy their first home. That next person has a daughter in college. The next one wants to build a career out of this experience. The one after that wants to be a musician and only does this job to earn enough money to pay the bills." Walking into the corridor, the manager paused and smiled as the custodian came around the corner. "This person barely speaks our language, but comes to work every day when everyone else has gone home. More than half of the money earned will go to family members who do not even live in our country, while this person keeps only enough to pay for food, shelter and transportation here every day. This person comes into my office and takes away my trash, not for me, but because it is what needs to be done to earn the money that goes to a family that lives hundreds of miles away." "And then there is you," said the manager with a big smile. "You have your own reasons for coming in here every day. When I need a source of inspiration, all I have to do is look around me. I am surrounded by it. Inspiration comes from recognizing what is important to the people around you and making it your own. If I can feel the dedication that these people feel for their children, for their families, for their hopes and dreams, then I have all the inspiration that I need. They are inspired by their own sense of purpose, and I am inspired by them. Just as you believe that you are inspired by me, I am inspired by you." ______________________________________________________ Words of Wisdom "Inspiration may be a form of superconsciousness, or perhaps of subconsciousness - I wouldn't know. The Golden Moments of Life
The Golden Moments of Life Copyright 2005 Deborah Friedman
This month I'm going to talk about something I've never discussed before. I'll be sharing a technique with you that can help you become a powerful beacon, attracting all the good things in life to you easily and effortlessly. I call it the Attraction Process. Hang on. It's powerful and it works.
Last week the Manifesting Made Easy teleclass group completed with our last call. Always, with every group, I have an incredible sense of being blessed and this time was no different.
This group created a new phrase that has been amazingly wonderful, and I wanted to share it with you as a prelude to the Attraction Process. It was the idea of having "Golden Moments". "I'm having a Golden Moment" or "This is a Golden Moment" or "It was a Golden Moment" became weekly sayings and reminders as successes were shared.
For those of you who don't know, the color gold represents great fortune, understanding, intuition, and attracting higher influences. Energetically, it's an ideal color to surround yourself with, to fill yourself with, and to spread around when you're moving through life.
We are all beings of energy and we are all beings of light. Everything we think, say, and do is energy, a vibration, and vibrations are light. Just as a "solid" table is a swirling mass of particles of energy, so are our bodies. Beyond that, each and every one of us has powers that we've barely tapped into and many rarely use.
Here's the technique: Allow a beam of golden light to enter into your body through the top of your head (your crown), filling every cell, atom and space with this golden light.
Now, allow the light to begin to expand and grow stronger until you can feel the energy growing and almost pulsing out of your skin. Go out in the world and watch the Golden Moments of magic unfold.
It's just that simple, and yet the results are amazing. You begin to attract to you wonderful, unexpected, unexplainable experiences. You get to experience the magic of the power of your intentions and you get to spread light in the world for countless others.
You get to have some really fun moments as you watch the magical energy transform people and situations around you.
When I was first taught this practice, I decided to try it out while I was waiting to meet a friend for lunch at the Museum of Natural History. The museum was in the process of remodeling their entrance, and there were wooden board structures guiding people from the parking lot to the entrance at the front.
I filled my body with golden light and allowed the energy to expand until it was pulsing out of my pores. Then I just stood there to see what happened. Handicapped people, old people, and families were all directed to go to the front entrance. I just stood there pulsing the golden energy and waiting for the experience.
Before I knew it, it happened. One of the workmen came over to talk to me and he was soon joined by several friends. By the time my friend arrived, we had been having a wonderful conversation. The "man in charge" took us in the back door entrance where we got to see the behind-the-scenes workers with fossils.
He then marched up to the entrance and said "These are my friends. They're coming in for free." With that, he said goodbye and we had a very enjoyable afternoon - for free.
Now, I'm not asking you to take my word for it. Just try it - you may REALLY like it! Best yet, no one knows that you're doing it! You get to experience the results and be really playful with this new tool in your kit!
It is time to remember how to use your powers. It is time to bring your light into the world for good.
Create joyful Golden Moments that enrich your life and the lives of others. Create Golden Moments full of magic, love, laughter, joy, and light.
YOU deserve it!
