Maria Duval - What most psychics don't want you to know!

What most psychics don't want you to know!
How do you find a good accurate psychic?

You could look up the yellow pages but any good psychic will have enough word of mouth business and web site traffic that they would not waste the money on a yellow pages advert.

There is always a hot line psychic. The advantages are immediate response and you can pay by the minute. Is it a good idea! The reality is many of these psychics make about 10 cents for every dollar you spend and they are prepared to read for you at a moments notice!

Personally I would not recommend a hot line psychic. A number of my psychic friends have told me about their terrible experiences with psychic hot lines, which range from underhand tactics to keep you on the phone as long as possible and more worryingly the psychics were expected to read from a pre-rehearsed script.

The likelihood is many of these hot lines are poor very value for money. One thing is for sure if the psychics are prepared to work for $10 bucks an hour at a moments notice you have to assume the chance of getting a quality reading by a hot line psychic are very remote.

Disillusioned your next stop is your local metaphysical store however if you think about it these psychics are all part time psychics that need the foot traffic of the store to be busy. Some of these psychics may well be good but lack the experience of a full time psychic who have their own client base. In short you may well get lucky and get a fairly decent reading at an attractive price. If you’re on a tight budget and don’t have any life changing decisions to make then this would be a fairly attractive option as prices will be around a dollar a minute.

How about a psychic fair, all the psychics in one room and you get to pick! If you really need your reading to be in person then this is an excellent option however you have to be very selective. Look for an excellent presentation, brochures, business cards a banner or a poster; these are all good signs of a professional psychic that makes enough money to afford to invest in their business.

Particularly good signs are the psychics that collect your email and have a web site that has a real domain name rather than some myspace or freebie hosting account; these are the real professional psychics who know how to market their skills. You will spot them from across the room they will ooze confidence and be busy all weekend long.

If you see an out of state psychic who gives you good vibes, go with your gut only an exceptional psychic is willing to pay for flights and hotels plus their booth fee and still expect to make a profit. Expect prices around $2 to $3.50 a minute, if they charge less they are probably not that good.

Ideally your first stop should really be a word of mouth referral from a trusted friend or your next best bet is to search on line. Surprisingly the phrase psychic is not a particularly fruitful phrase to search for as you’ll end of with directories full of Google adverts or encyclopedias and skeptic sites.

Look form more refined searches when looking for a quality psychic, search for psychic medium or better still international psychic mediums are really the psychics psychic, when a psychic wants a reading they look for psychic mediums.

However you will have to search a bit deeper as you will not get a consultation with the celebrity psychics such as John Edward or James Van Praagh as they are too busy with group sessions and book promotions. Before you pick up the phone you must consider the following very important points when selecting your psychic

1. Is this psychic better known for their TV, radio or books than their psychic ability as many a psychic that can write profitable books have been overly hyped by a great PR and marketing team.

2. Is there price both realistic and affordable to the point you can justify the benefit to you. This is very important as rates can vary from $75 to $750 dollars for 30 minutes however please note you will not get a reading 10 times better for 10 times the price!

3. Be selective check out the top twenty psychics in MSN, Google and Yahoo, you should see a few psychics covering all the search engines. It is easy for a celebrity psychic to buy links in directories and flood the search engines with book reviews to dominate the top spots in Google however it is much more difficult to get into all the search engines purely on merit.

4. Lastly avoid the paid psychic listings; many of these are hot line or psychics that can’t get ranked on merit. None of the paid listings are in the top twenty organic search engine positions! Some of these paid listings are $2.50 per click. An old psychic hot line trick is to sell your contact details to online marketers to make even more obscene profits! I repeat avoid the paid listings if you want to avoid a sea of spam email.

By now you are sufficiently educated to make an informed decision, good luck and when you do find that one good psychic tell your friends.

Does Wicca Witchcraft Really "Work"?
Many people wonder exactly how your thoughts and emotions focused to bring love into your life (for example), can actually make real love happen. This interaction between energies is where your belief of a higher power comes in to play.

There are mysterious forces at work when you put your focused thoughts and emotions to work. Whatever your specific beliefs are " there are things in this world that defy our logic and understanding. If you are like me, you have a sense that there is “something looking down on me” " sometimes even shielding you from harm.

No matter what your specific Magick path becomes, you will soon begin to realize that this same “higher power” has some control over the interaction of your Magick energy with events in your life, and the world.

The Core You Can’t Ignore In Your Witchcraft Path

There are many things involved in being a Witch, no matter what specific path you follow. Some of them change based on your path (which I go over in detail in my Home Academy), but there is one “core” thing you must follow.

This “core” is where you draw all of your power " all of your Magick energy. And neglecting it will grind your Magick spell work to a screeching halt. Nothing will work without this core connection.

This core I keep talking about is your connection to nature " above all. I’m not saying you need to move out to the forest and build a makeshift hut out of pine branches. But you need to devote yourself to nature, and try to expose yourself to her every day.

It can be as simple as finding a special tree in your backyard, and spending time next to it a few times a week (like I show you in the nature daily devotional later in this book).

You have to understand that you come from nature " and so does the energy you control. Connecting yourself to nature on a weekly basis will increase your bond with nature, and allow you to more easily tap into it’s hidden energy.

Think of nature as your protector, and your giver of special powers. You wouldn’t ignore someone special, like your best friend " would you? In the same way, to ignore nature " your protector, your giver of special powers " would be to completely “give up” your Magick powers.

Magick Tidbit #1: Please, for the sake of this beautiful world we live in, take it upon yourself to help protect nature. Support all efforts to preserve nature around the world, and do your part to keep our world beautiful.

So keep an eye out for the nature daily devotional later to find out how to strengthen your connection with nature to have better success with your Magick work and spells.

Lastly, throughout the reading of this book " and your Magick workings beyond " always keep in mind your connection with nature. If you pay attention, and nurture your connection, nature will allow you to bring your dreams into your life. It will allow you to create your miracles, just remember that.

Dating After Death or Divorce Deciding to get back into the dating pool after the death of your partner or after a divorce can be a very intimidating prospect. Wondering if you have waited long enough, are emotionally ready to date someone new, and how you will meet available partners are all valid concerns. If you have been in a long relationship and it has been a long time since you dated or met anyone new you are interested in, the idea of going through the process of meeting someone and getting to know them can seem like a daunting task after being in a relationship where you were so comfortable. As nerve wracking as it can be, if you have the right attitude getting back into the dating pool can be an exciting and worthwhile adventure. What follows are a few things to keep in mind as you stick your big toe back in the dating pool. 1) Give yourself time to grieve your past relationship. Whether your relationship ended because of death or divorce, you need to grieve. Loosing a partner to death is devastating. Divorce is also very painful. You need to acknowledge your feelings and process your grief before you can fully commit to pursuing another relationship. 2) Let go of the past. This absolutely does not mean that you stop loving the person you have lost. Frankly, I wouldn’t want to date someone who stopped loving their partner simply because they had died. But it does mean that you have to let them go, accept that that relationship is over, and desire to move onto a new phase of your life. The same goes for people who are divorced. In order to move on to something new, you have to let go of the old. Learn from your mistakes and approach the future with a clean slate. 3) Acknowledge your needs. No matter what our age, we all have the need for human companionship. It is ok to want to have someone in your life. Whether it is just to have a companion to have dinner and participate in other activities with or whether you are looking for a serious relationship that may lead to marriage, you need to acknowledge your needs and be OK with it. 3) When is it enough time? This can be a difficult question to answer. We are no longer bound by convention in society that says you must wait a specific period of time before dating. Many people are afraid of what people will say if they appear to be dating too soon or they have their own feelings of guilt thinking they are betraying their former partner by dating someone soon after a loss. The answer is when you are ready you are ready. For some people that is a year or more, for some it is a lot less. You may meet someone you really like a lot sooner than you plan and want to date them or it may take you a while to find that special someone. As long as you have paid attention to rule number one above, let your heart guide you. Life is short. Do you really want to pass up an opportunity for possible happiness because you are afraid you have not waited long enough? 4) Be cautious. I wish I could say everyone out there is pure in their motives. Unfortunately there are people out there of any age who prey on vulnerable people. If you have not been in the dating world for a while, your anxiousness and excitement when you meet someone new may cloud your judgment. Exercise caution for your physical safety as well as your personal safety. Get to know someone before you tell them where you live. Meet them in a public place the first several times you see them. NEVER discuss financial information until you know someone very well. NEVER give someone money or the keys to your house. Use common sense. If someone really wants to get to know you they will understand why you want to meet in public or take things slow. Also there is safety in numbers so consider taking another single friend with you to single events. It can help you feel more at ease at singles events where it is easy to feel awkward. 5) Have fun. Whether you are looking for a long term relationship or something more casual take time to enjoy the experience of meeting new people and being sociable. Every person you meet will not be a Mr. or Ms Right but that does not mean you can’t enjoy their company and make a new friend. Plus, you never know who they might introduce you to! While dating again after a death or divorce can be anxiety provoking and stressful, how you approach it can go a long way to have a positive attitude and get the most from your experiences. If you consider these tips you will be on your way to putting yourself out there in a positive way.

The Awareness of Metaphysical Laws and Principles Part 5
DISCUSSIONS

Humanity as a whole is experiencing a cosmic slumber in which the Real is forsaken and the dream of Maya, of illusions, delusions and glamors perpetuated. In this prolonged dream human beings suffer, they experience pain and disease, they grow old, decay, and eventually pass through transition--a meaningless life if viewed from a materialistic perspective. Even the lighter side of this dream with its varied pleasures is incapable of consoling the weary soul who has tasted most of what the materialistic life has to offer. Human beings in general, are angry and confused, their sense of identity being displaced. Not knowing the purpose of life they indulge in sensuous entertainments that degrade and retrogresses the soul. Unaware of the object of their spiritual existence and the nature of their being, they run away from physical reality with its harshful but needful disciplines and resort to forms of escapism such as seeking solace in pills, in alcohol, or in self-termination. Not realizing the Comforter within, they seek answers without from psychics, fortune tellers, and mediums, and so-called Gurus--the ubiquitous "father-mother" figures.

With all the mental and emotional confusion, religion, science, and a materialistic philosophy fail to provide adequate answers that would give a proper meaning to the word "life" to the suffering soul. How then does one find a way out of the darkness? By returning to basic principles which lies at the foundation of a spiritual way of life, an the understanding of those laws which brought the universe into being. One should harmonize one's way of life with Cosmic Laws and not violate them. Probing the nature and purpose of those Laws and principles one senses the import of God's Plan of evolution. Living in accord with that Plan leads to a purposeful and meaningful life. Studying the ontological life of man and the universe cannot help but upgrade the quality of man's philosophy and attitude towards life, and when daily applied, yield positive results in soul-growth. The transformation of society begins with the enlightened living of an individual. All of the problems in society may be traced to lethargic individuals who procrastinates in maturing spiritually. The metaphysician, as a preceptor of spiritual values, should, therefore, strive to reach and teach those individuals comprising society the laws and principles of harmony, abundance, and creativity ere an enlightened standard of life is to be seen on a social scale. The Laws and principles dealt with briefly in this paper are helpful in aiding metaphysicians to stimulate individuals with the qualities of inertia and excessive inharmonious motion (misapplied energy) as related to their spiritual evolution. Perhaps the two most important laws that we did not discuss heretofore but are essential in improving one's understanding of life are the laws of reincarnation and karma. The expositions of these laws are to be found in various literature relating to the spiritual side of life.

All of the Laws and principles that we have discussed and those that have not been dealt with but are o be found in spiritual literature should be infused in individuals of all strata of society. Our modern methods of communication, and the various media make it feasible for the modern metaphysician to reach out to hundreds of individuals at a given moment. It is said that a person does not live on bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. It is incumbent upon the metaphysician, his moral duty, to be God's mouth-piece and to offer heavenly manna to humanity. Manna may be sweet in the mouth but bitter in the stomach--or contrawise; nevertheless, people must be awakened and made aware of their higher destiny which goes beyond the bounds of the physical plane. Life here is precious and it should not be wasted. The opportunities it provides for the evolving soul are incalculable.

A philosophy of life based on eternal values is a priceless gift that any person may give to the aching heart. Even a single law of Truth may transform a negative expression when applied in a sincere manner. This may start a chain-reaction in which a single act of kindness executed in one's field of awareness may eventually save a person in dire distress, a person living at the opposite end of the globe, and beyond one's conscious knowing. If "evil" has the power to destroy, love has even more power to construct and save. A spiritual, metaphysical education is as essential as an academic one. A balanced educational system in which the spiritual side of man is developed in conjunction with the intellect creates a harmonious growth of man's innate divinity. In psychological terms, this is the unification and usage of the right and left hemispheres of the brain, and is the foundation of our modern accelerated learning methods.

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

In this paper we have put forth our two themes concerning the Absolute Reality of man's nature and the conventional, relative reality that man consciously or unconsciously create in his everyday life. We have also dealt with the many Laws and principles related to these two forms of reality and how they may be applied in the metaphysical field. We have noted, for instance, how a metaphysical awareness of another's divine identity raises and stimulates that person's consciousness. In the section on healing, we have seen the importance of clearing the causes of inharmony within the body as well as the symptoms; we have likewise shown how the psychosomatic principles of man may be healed by the many exoteric and esoteric methods, and of the usage of world-scriptures as a medium for conveying the eternal, metaphysical truths, and the mystical interpretation thereof has likewise been dealt in a succinct manner.

We have also looked at the higher, spiritual principles of man ruling instincts, and how they apply to a greater philosophy of life. Furthermore, we have discussed how the various Laws and principles may assist in man's spiritual unfoldment, and ultimately, the transformation of society. From the above, we may conclude how an awareness and understanding of the many principles and laws of life are important for the metaphysician to apprehend, and how the conveyance to the masses of God's Plan for man's soul-evolution may be consummated.

Knowing the importance of Divine Laws and principles that aid soul-evolution--we suggest that further research and investigation be made in this field through meditation and contemplation; and through the study of traditional, spiritual wisdom of every past and present culture and civilization. The more we know about ourselves, and the universe that we live in, the more we will live in accord with the grand design of the Universal Mind. It would be helpful for metaphysicians to compile an encyclopedia of Cosmic Laws and principles with examples of their application, not only in the metaphysical field, but in daily life as well. This would be a great reference for the practitioner. what we know about life is still merely the tip of the iceberg. One thing that we should avoid is the crystallization of the mind with its expression of complacency, arrogance, and fanaticism. Such a mind refuses to grow and search for truths for fear of the unveiling of the unknown. Making the "unknown" known is the raison d'ĂȘtre of the metaphysician.

Clairvoyance | Voluntary And Involuntary Clairvoyance
The direct translation of the word ?clairvoyance? is ?clear sight?.It is defined as the ability to perceive or even see with the ?mind?s eye? something that is going on in a remote location without any previous knowledge of the event. Most paranormal professionals and enthusiasts believe that psychic ability resides (albeit unlocked) within every human being. Their belief is that most people do not tap into their clairvoyance because they are either too unaware or unwilling to unveil it, and that it takes perseverance to develop one?s own personal psychic abilities. In other words, everyone has a second sight but it has to be awakened. Don?t worry ? you don?t have to obtain a tarot reading or call a psychic phone reading line. It just takes some introspection.

There are two basic types of clairvoyant abilities ? voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary clairvoyance is generally seen as a good, positive thing whereas involuntary is usually considered dark, negative, and possibly even dangerous. Most psychics maintain that voluntary clairvoyance is obtained through good, healthy, and generous living, plus the willingness to reach deep within one?s own psyche and see invisible things. Involuntary clairvoyance is forced upon its victim, and the person has no control over when and where it happens. In this state, the involuntarily clairvoyant person is generally believed to be open to malevolent spiritual influences and may face the danger of being totally possessed by a malicious being.

Many people trying to develop their clairvoyant abilities tend to assume that once they have had a breakthrough, they will now know everything that is going to happen for the rest of their lives. Learned psychics urge: This is not the truth! It takes caution and proper cultivation of the psychic abilities to have a healthy connection to the unseen world. It is also important not to push your limits or the limits of the unseen energy surrounding you. People who study the paranormal insist that to do so is to play with fire and possibly invite dark influences into your life. These people usually put it something like this: In the physical world, things are not as subject to change as they are in the unseen world or ? as some call it ? the world of desires. Because of this, professional clairvoyants and studiers of the paranormal world insist that people serious about developing their clairvoyance be trained before they try anything too advanced.

Many parapsychologists suggest that human beings are born clairvoyant and most remain so at least for the first year of life. Dependent on his or her environment and his or her own development of personal spirituality, the child may maintain this increased level of sensitivity or see it diminish, if not disappear entirely. These psychics suggest that it takes positive clairvoyance to truly and accurately interpret the unseen world, and warn against the accidental cultivation of negative energy and involuntary or negative clairvoyance that invite negativity and evil influences into the lives of everyone involved.

Clairaudience is a similar type of psychic ability, except that it entails hearing things that are otherwise invisible or inaudible to other people. Considered by many psychics to be the voices of spirits in another world, most people claim to hear the voices in their minds or ?inside? their heads, rather than through their physical ears ? although some claim to hear as though it were from the physical world, despite the lack of a sensory source.

The Role of Fake Media in Society
As we all have our eyes fixated in Iraq, Israel, or the potential for another stolen election this year it is important to not forget the role of media in our everyday lives. So many Americans get their information from the tainted mainstream media machine run by the current government that it is a frightening prospect to merely hope the truth somehow gets through. I am sure we all know people who are seemingly good folk, but somehow they keep getting it wrong on such crucial matters such as election fraud, the war, or any number of Bush-GOP scandals. You have to realize the gauntlet of false news that is thrown at them each day, which is the basis for their political opinions. Case in point is the poster child of fake news, Fox News. Using false slogans such as "fair and balanced" or "we report, you decide", Fox News has made its living on being nothing short of propaganda for the Republican Party. News shows are peppered with pro-administration stories and even when they have to cover a negative story; it is always framed from a positive angle, thus skewing the truth. The amount of time spent on positive stories versus negative GOP stories is staggering and the guests on their various shows are designed to put a loud, confident voice on the republican side and a milquetoast, timid voice on the democratic side. That is never more evident than on their flagship show Hannity and Colmes where the jaw-jutting, boisterous Hannity is opposed by the meek and affable Colmes. Guests are extreme ideologues on the right, such as war criminal Oliver North or venom-witch Anne Coulter and moderate voices on the left; people you or I have probably never heard of. News is not reported on Fox, it is packaged. The pre-set talking points for the GOP are sent to Fox each day, so that the commentators throughout the day can repeat them over and over again, so that eventually the populace begins to think it is true. Just this past week we saw President Bush began to use the ridiculous term islamo-fascism and sure enough, there was all the Fox commentators using the same ridiculous line all night long. Karl Rove says to call all democrats who support a troop withdrawal, cut and runners and that very night there is O'Reilly, Hannity and company calling them cut and runners. Never mind that the majority of the American people support bringing our troops home, it does not matter in the world of fake news. The opinion of the American people does not matter when you are deciding what the news will be. Not satisfied with this, Fox also employs flat out lies in their coverage. It was recently discovered that Fox used a"conservative strategist" named Karen Czarnecki on their evening "news" shows. What they did not tell us was that she was not really a conservative strategist. No, Ms. Czarnecki actually was the Labor Department deputy assistant secretary. She was a government employee posing as a pundit on a news program, offering her opinion that not surprisingly, agreed with the government line. The damage done here is that people watching think they are getting an honest opinion, when in reality they are only getting the opinion from the government's standpoint. Similarly, when the administration is in a tough spot, they call on Fox to provide them with an "exclusive", meaning an administration official can sit with someone like Sean Hannity to express the government's opinion without the threat of an actual news interview breaking out. Dick Cheney and Karl Rove have both appeared on these "exclusives" where Hannity did not pose one serious question in opposition to the government position. Propaganda at its best. Propaganda does not end with Fox though, as most realize now that they are not fair, nor balanced. The real damage done by Fox News is that it makes the other news sources seem mainstream, when in fact they mimic Fox and rarely question the GOP controlled government. People like Chris Matthews are presented as moderate when in reality he has as worse a record in supporting the GOP then anyone on Fox. People like Tucker Carlson and Joe Scarborough are presented as average guys representing America. Never mind that Scarborough is a former GOP Congressman and Tucker is as republican as they get. America buys it. About the only beacon in this sea of untruth is Countdown with Keith Olbermann but you have to sift through hours of lies just to get to that one beacon. Moving past TV news however, the same bias exists in print media. Many local papers have sold out the American people for the interest of the companies that own them. People look at the New York Times as some bastion of liberalism, but a closer look reveals that while some op-ed writers are liberal, the paper itself is not. It is owned by pro-Israel folks who agree with this administration. They supported the Iraq War and in case you forgot, Judith Miller worked for them when she sold us the WMD lies, straight from her confidential White House sources. Not all subterfuge however is so subtle. Here in New York we deal with a paper like the New York Post. The Post is possibly the worst paper in the country in terms of objectivity, which should be the hallmark of any newspaper. The Post is owned by Rupert Murdoch, who owns Fox News. It is estimated that it LOSES 15-30 million dollars per year. Estimates are necessary because Murdoch refuses to allow anyone to know how much he really loses for operating the Post. Why does he insist on operating a paper that loses so much money? Because he does not care about the money, he cares about putting his version of the news on the streets of New York every day. The Post is propaganda straight out of Communist Russia during the cold war. There is never a bad word uttered in its pages about the GOP or the Bush administration. Every article, whether op-ed or "news" is framed to support the GOP. The op-ed section is littered with pro-GOP rhetoric including the daily White House talking points. I know well principled people who rely on the Post as their primary news source each day and it is no wonder that their political opinions are often simply inaccurate.

World War II Foo Fighters
In the 1938 comic strip Smokey Stover, a firefighter was known for his line, “Where there’s foo, there’s fire.” From Smokey, aircraft pilots borrowed the term “foo fire” to describe the various unexplainable phenomenon seen in the skies over Europe and the Pacific theatre during World War II. While Allied pilots initially thought the flying objects were German secret or psychological weapons, after the war it was discovered that sightings were also reported by the enemy, who had assumed the crafts were US-made. To this day, the sightings remain a mystery.

Over the course of the war, fireballs, estimated to be as big as 300 feet and as small as 1 foot in diameter, were reported and thoroughly documented. These apparitions left witnesses awe-inspired, wary, and frightened"although the foo fighters never harmed or attempted to harm anyone. The CIA was commissioned in 1952 to study the reports and concluded that while mysterious, foo fighters were not a considered a threat to national security.

A Foo fighter is an umbrella term that includes flying objects of various shapes and sizes. Wobbling, or vibrating flares were described as glowing globes of intense green, yellow, red, orange, or white lights. One crew even reported observing the phosphorescent spheres going through a sequence of color changes at regular intervals. Other reports describe them as silver or gold metallic, and disk-shaped. They frequently appeared at the wing tips of planes in pairs or alone, although sometimes they were found in larger clusters of fifteen or more. In one report 150 objects were estimated to be arranged in 10-12 lines. Picking up an aircraft, these blobs of fire could reportedly pace a plane at very high speeds through extensive evasive maneuvers for several minutes. One British officer and his crew of sailors tracked an object from the deck of their vessel for over an hour. Although a few baffled pilots attempted to intercept, and even fire upon the globes, their efforts were unsuccessful, and the objects usually zoomed away of their own accord.

Foo fighters were mentioned in the American mass media. Ponderous articles appeared in Time and Newsweek in 1945, contributing to the wave of UFO consciousness building in the US. By 1952 so many civilians were contacting government agencies regarding UFO reports that regular intelligence work was being affected.

While scientists have never been able to explain the phenomenon, many speculations have been advanced as possibilities. Five of the most plausible theories are:

1. The fireballs may be nothing more than St. Elmo’s Fire, a reddish brush-like discharge of atmospheric electricity which has often been seen near the tips of church steeples, ships’ masts and yardarms. It also appears at a plane’s wing tips.

2. They may have been optical illusions, mere after-images of light remaining in pilots’ eyes after being dazzled by flak bursts.

3. Occurrences may have been the rare effect of “ball lightning,” a glowing, drifting bubble of light typically eight inches in diameter. These generally, though not always, follow regular lightning strikes.

4. Bright ground objects reflected from the curved plastic canopy of an aircraft can be perceived as images above the horizon.

5. Proponents of the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) have suggested that foo fighters are hard evidence of ETs visiting earth.

Foo fighters are certainly some of the best documented reports of UFOs, and photographs and respected testimony abound. Hopefully in time the mystery will be solved, and this comic book name will be replaced by its true name.

"Rose Ariadne's Original, Confident Beauty Spell"
Here is the first in the easy witchcraft spell series, and it works best when done in the light of a full moon...

1. You'll need a small hand mirror, the items you normally have on your altar, an extra handle of your favorite color (representing yourself), and a small charm or figurine that you find beautiful (it represents your attractiveness and beauty, both inside and out).

2. Create your sacred spaces, cleanse your area, cast your circle, and all of the other things laid out for you in the Mystical World Of Ancient Witchcraft.

3. Light your deity candles, and as you sit in the light of the candles (and the full moon) begin by looking at yourself in the mirror. As you are gazing at yourself, focus on all of the positive features you have... don't let ANY negative thoughts enter your mind. Look at your skin, your nose, your mouth, your eyes...acknowledge each part of your face and recognize how unique and special each part is. You came from the earth, you know, and the earth is truly beautiful - how could you be any less?

4. Now, as you continue looking into the mirror, say:

"I recognize myself, Rose Ariadne (or whatever your name is), as being a unique and beautiful person from the tips of my toes to the top of my head - and everywhere inside."

5. Hold the mirror in your left had, as you light YOUR candle. Place the charm next to the candle, at it's base.

6. Tilt the mirror so that you can see your candle, and the charm in it's reflection. Now say :

"This candle represents me, Rose Ariadne (or whatever your name is). And this charm is my beauty on inside and out, that nobody lays claim to but me. For I am unique and special. As I see both of them in this mirror of light, so they are both a part of me. Myself, forever together with my beauty. No words will change it, no thought disband it. And so it is. So mote it be!"

7. Blow out your candles, open your circle, and put things away... all the while think about the spell you just cast, and the feeling of confidence that has welled up inside of you. Focus on that feeling, remember how it feels, and make a promise to yourself not to let it go... but if you ever falter, and negativity takes hold in you again - this ritual will always be there for you to instantly rebuild your confidence...

Analyzing your Dream - Universal Symbols
Symbols in a dream, are actually the elements that make up the details. Even specific actions are sometimes symbols (such as falling). In the dream above about the hall, the pictures, ceiling, arches, paintings and even the mouse, are all dream symbols. All the little details mean something. Symbols, for the most part, are a very personal thing. Meaning that a "dream dictionary" may not necessarily have the correct definition to the symbol in your particular dream. Why? Because we associate meanings differently from one another at times. Animals They symbolize our own traits, good and bad. When you see an animal doing something in your dreams it usually represents a bad trait. As it is far easier for us to accept and watch an animal doing something negative then to take the credit for it ourselves. Here is a good example: A woman on a diet and really wants to loose weight but is prone to binge eating. She has tried and failed many times, but this time has resolve. That night in a moment of weakness, she eats a big slice of cake, and a bowl of ice cream. That night she dreams of being on a farm on a cloudy day, and watching in disgust as a big manure covered sow eats and sucks non-stop at her sloop. She is astonished and ashamed when she noticed what the sow was eating! (cake and ice cream). It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out what that dream means, or what the animal symbolized! Her dream was telling her she would feel about as good about herself as she felt about the sow if she did not control her eating. Automobiles Vehicles that you ride in usually reflect two things; the direction you are heading in life, and your body. (the thing you travel or "ride" through life in) Unusually over exposure to a specific vehicle type may easily change the meaning. The condition of the vehicle might give you an idea of your health. Driving an old beat up car down a muddy road on a stormy night would be considered a pretty bad dream! However flying a Lear jet through blue skies with a song in your heart and the wind at your tail would be a rather good dream. Children A child represents to most of us, something new, different and joyous. Using this logic, it is easy to see why a child represents a new phase in your life or a new project as well. How well the child gets along and fares in the dream is an indication as to how well what it represents is doing. Also, a child symbolizes innocent parts of yourself sometimes, and at other times, immaturity and childishness. It all depends on the theme and emotions used in the dream. Clothing When you get into different moods you tend to choose different clothing, so clothing, for this reason best symbolizes your mood or state of mind. They also signify attitude. We wear clothing for all sorts of different reasons including, work, dating, play and social occasions. Attitudes and moods are similar to clothing in this regard, they are the camouflage we hide behind, our face we put on for the world in various situations so we can better cope. Take a look at what you, or other people in your dream are wearing to get even more clues to the dream's meaning. Also, a commonly overlooked clue is sometimes you see clothes on a clothes line, or lying around. It would be a good idea to take note as to what style and condition the clothes you see are. Death Nearly any dream you have that refers to death, dying or attending a funeral, or the like, pertain to change. Most all the time this change is very dramatic and major. It can be change in your life attitude or emotional balance. These types of dreams can also symbolize confronting fear, usually fear of death or change. Since most of use will agree that death is the ultimate change, and many people fear it. Death dreams are generally big changes and should never be ignored. Sometimes they really do signify death! Another possible symbol of a death dream is threat. Whichever suits the dream depends on how well the theme was arrived at. Most death dreams are about major change and not about literal death though, so don't panic if you have one. Just patiently go through the analysis process, and make sense of it. Buildings The building in a dream usually points directly to a specific area of your life. Dreaming of being in an office complex, or factory can pertain to your working environment. It does not need to specifically pertain to your exact line of work. In other words, an office worker dreaming of a loading dock still can relate the dock to work, because that's the association made in his mind. A bathroom, may pertain to your general health and hygiene habits, and a kitchen might be about your eating and nutrition. What you associate different locations to mean in general, usually points to what the dream was getting at specifically. To dream of your childhood house, tends to be a reflection of your life today though. A dream of mass chaos in your childhood home can indicate great disturbances in your life either now, or coming shortly. These kinds of dreams are often prophetic. You should always write down and deeply analyze dreams of your childhood dwelling. Dreams of great buildings like cathedrals and large churches usually indicate the dream has a great meaning, and should be taken seriously, as well as any applied association. People People most often portrayed in dreams are actually reflections of your own personality traits, provided the dream is not prophetic. These traits are ones that you need to enhance or develop, or if negative, work on eliminating or reducing. You should immediately ask of yourself, what traits do I like, and what traits do I dislike in the characters I dream about? Then look for those traits in yourself. You may be very surprised to find a match up! People in dreams work most commonly to reflect, or mirror important aspects of your personality. You do well to always make this association.
